Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your intended recipient.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore OFF THE RIP reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Drop Shipping

FREE Shipping on orders over $50. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. OFF THE RIP uses USPS Shipping and USPS International Shipping services. Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of your package. The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order. Some product(s) may ship directly from individual vendors while others may ship directly from OFF THE RIP. Order processing for printed products can take up to 3 business days *except for product(s) marked as a "special order product" which may take longer. Special order products will include additional terms in the product information area. Order processing for embroidery products can take up to 10 days. All orders are shipped with standard shipping and expedited delivery is not available.

If you order from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages from each brand. Multiple products ordered from the same brand may also arrive separately as some items are fulfilled by different warehouses (For example: embroidery products may ship separate from printed products). The average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination. The "order processing time" and "average shipping time" combine for an estimated 7 days *except where indicated. 

COVID protocols may delay any given delivery at any given time.
